ACIG Consulting Completes Project Ordered by Federal Agency for Youth Affairs
Consultants of Department for Management of Change of ACIG Group of Companies together with the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) completed a project ordered by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs. Within the project they assessed management and individual professional potential of heads of executive authorities implementing youth policy in the Russian federal subjects.
Within the framework of the project a role model of a successful manager was created. This model was made in the context of strategic and operational development goals of the Federal Agency. Based on this role model, reflecting main characteristics of the Customer’s request, consultants held a complex assessment of value orientations, level of requirement in achievements, key management skills and employees’ management potential.
As a result of the project strengths and weaknesses of the heads of executive authorities were highlighted and a program for developing professional skills, personal qualities and management potential of young employees was proposed.
